Terms and Conditions
- All orders (except special orders) must be submitted before 4:00 PM (Mon-Fri) and 3:00 PM (Sat) for next-day delivery. Editing Monday orders on Sunday is not permitted.
- Payment terms are 21-30 days unless prearranged differently by the Customer and Rockland Bakery.
- Accounts with outstanding balances beyond the time of their payment terms will be deemed "Inactive" and denied access to online ordering.
- Rockland Bakery is not responsible for orders that are incorrectly submitted through the Web Ordering System, telephone and/ or fax.
- All standard orders on Holidays must be canceled by the Customer three days in advance of the Holiday occurring.
- All credits must be called in by 9 AM.
- Specialty items must be ordered 2 days in advance.
- Additional charges will be applied to specialty items, such as sheet cakes and items with fresh fruit and portraits.
- Special delivery charges will be applied to special delivery orders.
